Hello, my name is Brett Russell. I am currently a resident in Georgetown, Ontario. I have been in love with being active for my entire life. My goal is to encourage others what the benefits of a healthy lifestyle can bring.
I am a Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology – Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP-CPT). CSEP has created a top tier system of personal training across Canada that sets the highest standard for qualified exercise professionals through evidence-based practice and certification.

Fitness has truly been a passion for most of my life. Growing up I would play every single sport I could possibly get my hands on. I eventually got to the age where specialization needed to happen and I decided on competitive swimming. After over 10 years in the age-group system I transitioned into competing at the Varsity level for Acadia University.
I will be finishing my time at Acadia University this year where I will be receiving my degree in Kinesiology with Nutrition. During my third year at Acadia I was awarded the Academic All-Canadian achievement, which is given to any student athlete who is taking a full course load, participated in varsity athletics and achieved a cumulative GPA above 3.5.
During my time at Acadia University, I have been given the opportunity to have hands-on experience working with real clients and helping them achieve their fitness and healthy lifestyle goals.
I hope that my future clients will find as much love for living an active healthy lifestyle as I do! I try to make it fun for everyone with weekly blogs, motivational quotes, podcasts, FREE workout ideas and much more across all of my social media pages.
