CSEP recommends
1. 150 minutes of aerobic physical activity per week
 (in bouts of 10 minutes or more)
2. 2 days per week of muscle and bone strengthening activities using major muscles
3. More physical activity will create more health benefits

Physical activity and personal training is great for everyone! Sadly, we cannot work with individuals that have more than one medical conditions

For sure! Exercise is great for kids of any age! Depending on the level of fitness we base the program off of having fun and getting active OR specific training for certain sports

The full program is designed personally just for YOU. Meaning, if there is something you want changed all you have to do is let us know! You have 24/7 access to your trainer 

No you do not need equipment! The training program is personalized based off of what YOU have access to and we will make modifications accordingly.

Yes you can! We have our own HOME GYM STUDIO available. Options available are for you to have 1-0n-1 training in our studio, OR you can book time-slots in our studio to workout on your own!

Programs are updated monthly based off of the previous months fitness level as well as communication with what YOU want!

-However, if there is something you want modified for your current program, your trainer will be happy to do so.

During your assessment we have a fully open conversation! We discuss goals, level of fitness, and limitations.

The assessment is the beginning of your fitness journey with Russell Muscle Fitness

Expect to FEEL the results of your training sooner than you SEE them.

-Consistency with a program is shown to improve sleep, mood and energy levels within two to three weeks.

There is never a bad time to get started. We will work around your injury and ensure you stay in shape so once you are recovered it is like the injury never happened.

Our goal is to make sure you are feeling your best for when you have fully recoverd.

We offer 3 different program levels based off of your needs. Starting as low as $34.99 per month.
